Sivashri Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the procedures for receiving refunds for services offered by Sivashri. Please read this policy carefully before engaging in any service with Sivashri.

Guarantee:

Sivashri is committed to providing authentic and high-quality royal ritual services. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for the quality of the ritual itself, including authenticity of practices, materials used, and performance of the ritual by qualified Pandits.

Scope of Guarantee:

The guarantee is limited to the quality of the ritual service and does not extend to the desired outcomes or results of the ritual. Sivashri acknowledges that the effects of rituals, including financial, health, marital, business, legal, and relationship challenges, are influenced by various factors outside our control, such as karma and individual choices. Therefore, Sivashri cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any specific outcomes or transformations resulting from the rituals performed.

Eligibility for Refund:

Dissatisfied customers may request a full refund within 7 days of the completed ritual service. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide documented evidence of dissatisfaction related to the quality of the ritual, such as deviations from advertised practices, use of unauthentic materials, or improper performance by Pandits.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please submit a written request to Sivashri within 5 days of the completed service.

The request should include:

Sivashri will review the request and respond within 5 business days. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Post-Refund:

Following a completed refund, Sivashri will no longer provide services to the customer. Additionally, Sivashri reserves the right to terminate any account associated with the customer if found to be malicious, engaging in fraudulent activity, or violating terms of service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antioquia.

Rescheduling Homa/Grand Homa

Please note that in case of rescheduling request for the individual Homa/Pooja, the customer has to inform the CRM team (support@Sivashri.com) requesting the reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled time for us to stop the preparations. This way, necessary arrangements can be made for rescheduling the homa/Pooja.

Further updates on the date and time of the rescheduled homa will be communicated through email to the customer.
