Shipping Times:

  • Prasad (sacred ash, kumkum) from fire rituals ships from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 7 working days after the complete set of rituals is finished. Processing time may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
  • Estimated delivery times are:
    • Domestic (India): 7 working days from shipping confirmation.
    • International: 3 to 4 weeks from shipping confirmation.
  • These are estimates, and actual delivery may vary due to customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be available in your Sivashri account under "My Orders."
  • Tracking information may not be immediately available; please allow some time for updates.
  • Track your shipment through the official website of the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
