- Prasad (sacred ash, kumkum) from fire rituals ships from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 7 working days after the
complete set of rituals is finished. Processing time may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
- Estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (India): 7 working days from shipping confirmation.
- International: 3 to 4 weeks from shipping confirmation.
- These are estimates, and actual delivery may vary due to customs delays or other unforeseen
circumstances.

- Once your order ships, a tracking number will be available in your Sivashri account under "My
Orders."
- Tracking information may not be immediately available; please allow some time for updates.
- Track your shipment through the official website of the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- Report lost or damaged packages within 2 working days of delivery to support@Sivashri.com
